Research Assistant/Aide Appointment Form

Please fill out this form in it's entirety. If you have multiple funding sources for one person, then please create a new submission for each funding source and include this in the special instructions section.

For REU appointments, please indicate this in the special instructions box at the bottom of the form.

Note:

International students may work a maximum of 20 hours a week and domestic students may work a maximum of 29 hours a week while classes are in session.

When classes are not in session, i.e. during Summer break both international and domestic students may work up to 40 hours a week.

PhD Students on a stipend must earn a minimum of $1,000 bi-weekly and their tuition must be fully funded as well.

In order for tuition to be paid for a student using a research grant, the student will need to work a minimum of one month on the project.
